Shipping Locations

We offer worldwide tracked shipping on all our books. It's really important that they arrive with you in perfect condition, so each shrink-wrapped book is wrapped again in a sheet of foam padding, followed by foam corner protectors and then placed within a heavy-duty book wrap. The foam corners and cardboard wrap are 100% recyclable. Each package is then placed inside a waterproof mailing bag.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receiving them. During busy times, such as a product launch, this may increase.

UK
The maximum volumetric weight per order to England, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland is 15kg. Services to England, Scotland, Wales are FREE and are often a next day delivery.

USA
Services to all US states and Mexico are fully-tracked. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). The maximum volumetric weight per order is 15kg. 

Canada
All parcels sent to Canada are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that any import fees that Canadian customs may charge are included within the shipping fee and no import fees are due after this. The maximum volumetric weight per order is 15kg. 

EU
All EU parcels are sent using IOSS. This means that any VAT your respective country charges to import books, is paid at the point of purchase and no extra import fees are due after this. Supplied address must be residential, and not a business premises. Due to rules around importing into the EU, the maximum value to a single order (excluding shipping and tax) cannot exceed £125.

Europe (non-EU)
Most European parcels are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that any VAT your respective country charges to import books, is paid at the point of purchase and no extra import fees are due after this. Due to overly high shipping costs, currently we are only shipping to the following non-EU European countries: Andorra, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland, which all have a volumetric weight limit of 15kg. Orders to Switzerland have a maximum order value of £150 (excluding shipping and tax) to avoid any import VAT. 

Oceania
Services to Oceania are fully-tracked. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. The maximum volumetric weight per order is 15kg. 

Asia
We offer tracked shipping to a wide range of Asian countries. The maximum volumetric weight per order is 15kg. All addresses must be supplied in English.  

Middle East
We offer tracked shipping to a wide range of Middle Eastern countries. The maximum volumetric weight per order is 15kg. All addresses must be supplied in English. 

South America
We offer tracked shipping to a wide range of South American countries. The maximum volumetric weight per order is 15kg. 

South Africa
We offer tracked shipping to South Africa. The maximum volumetric weight per order is 15kg.
