Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering with us! Please read the following terms carefully before placing a pre-order on our website. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

What is a Pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it’s available for general sale. Pre-ordering ensures that the product is reserved for you and shipped once it’s officially released.

Payment

Pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Your payment secures your reservation of the product.

Release Dates

Estimated release dates are provided on the product page. These dates are subject to change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or shipping delays outside our control.

Shipping

If your order also contains items that are not on pre-order, the order will ship in full when everything is available. If you would like some items quicker, we suggest placing separate orders. Once shipping begins, orders will be dispatched in order in which they were placed. During busy launches, this may cause a slight delay, but we will always work as fast as we can through an order backlog.

Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund up until the product has been shipped. Once a pre-ordered item has shipped, our standard Returns Policy applies. Please note that If you have downloaded the associated digital PDF, we are unable to provide a refund.

Changes to Orders

Requests to update your shipping address or other details must be made before shipping begins. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided.
