By downloading a digital edition from Bitmap Books, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that if you choose to return your physical book after downloading the associated digital file, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange for your order.
Personal Use Only
All digital downloads supplied by Bitmap Books are licensed for personal use only. Files must not be copied, shared, redistributed, uploaded, resold, or made publicly available in any format.
Copyright Ownership
All content, artwork, design, text, and intellectual property contained within our digital publications remain the exclusive copyright of Bitmap Books. Purchasing a digital edition does not transfer ownership of the copyright or any associated rights.
File Security
Customers are responsible for storing downloaded files securely. Digital files should be kept on personal devices or secure backup systems and must not be shared with third parties.
Watermarked Files
For security purposes, all digital downloads are individually stamped with the purchaser’s full name and email address. This information is embedded within the file to help prevent unauthorised distribution.
Printing and Editing Restrictions
Editing and printing functionality may be disabled on all digital files.
Download Recommendations
For the best experience, digital downloads should be completed on a desktop or laptop computer using a stable internet connection. Mobile devices and unstable connections may cause incomplete or failed downloads.
Download Availability
We recommend downloading your files as soon as your order is placed and storing them securely. While we aim to provide long-term access to digital downloads, we cannot guarantee that downloads will remain available indefinitely.
Older Orders
If you have an older order where the original download link no longer works, this may be due to a previous supplier change. Please email us and include your order number. We will do our best to resend your download files.
